Bulk manage membership rewards

When you run several membership tiers, editing the same reward on each one takes time. The Manage rewards page lets you configure a reward once and apply it to many memberships in one go — and reorder your memberships and their rewards while you're there.

Open the Manage rewards page

Open Loyalty in the left navigation.
Scroll to the VIP Tiers section. Once you have more than one tier, the line "Need to update rewards across multiple tiers?" appears below the list.
Click Manage rewards.

The page shows your memberships on the left, each with an Active or Draft badge and its list of rewards. A membership with no rewards yet shows "No rewards configured for this membership." On the right you'll find the Bulk action card and, for add and update actions, a Reward configuration card.

Pick a bulk action

In the Bulk action card, choose what you want to do:

Action	What it does
Add	Adds the configured reward to the memberships you select.
Update	Replaces the rewards you select with the reward configuration below.
Remove	Removes the rewards you select from their memberships.

A banner at the top of the page tells you what to select for the current action. Switching to a different action clears your previous selection, so you always start clean.

Add a reward to several memberships

Select Add in the Bulk action card.
Check the memberships you want to add the reward to.
Set up the reward in the Reward configuration card. It's the same reward setup you use on a single membership — see Membership rewards.
Click Save in the bar at the top.
A Confirm bulk action window lists the affected memberships. Review it, then click Add reward.

A "Bulk action completed" message confirms the change.

Update rewards across memberships

Select Update in the Bulk action card.
Check the rewards you want to change — you can pick them from different memberships.
Set up the new reward in the Reward configuration card.
Click Save, review the listed rewards in the Confirm bulk action window, then click Update rewards.

Each selected reward is replaced with the configuration you set.

Remove rewards from memberships

Select Remove in the Bulk action card.
Check the rewards you want to remove.
Click Save, review the list in the Confirm bulk action window, then click Remove rewards.

Reorder memberships and rewards

You can also use this page to change the order of things:

Drag a membership card by its handle to change the order of your memberships.
Drag a reward by its handle to change its position within a membership.

The new order is saved automatically — no need to click Save.
