Home dashboard
Home is the first page you see when you open Toki. It gives you a quick check on your storefront setup (is the Toki Wallet app embed on, and where to manage your app blocks) and a dashboard with the same stats as the Analytics page, so you can see how your program is doing at a glance.
Theme cards
Two cards sit at the top of Home, under the Dashboard heading.
| Card | What it shows | Button |
|---|---|---|
| App embed | Whether the Toki Wallet app embed is turned on in your theme. A badge next to the title reads Active or Inactive. | Manage app embed opens the Shopify theme editor in a new tab. |
| App blocks in use | A shortcut to your Toki modules and their install instructions. | Manage blocks opens Design inside Toki. |
App embed
The app embed is the Toki Wallet, the loyalty panel your customers open on your storefront. Installing Toki walks you through turning it on. This card lets you confirm it is on without leaving Toki.
- Active: the embed is on. Click Manage app embed to open the theme editor for that theme, where you can change its settings or paste a new Design ID.
- Inactive: the embed is off. Click Manage app embed to open the theme editor for your current theme at the Toki Wallet app embed. Make sure the embed is turned on, then click Save in the theme editor.
When you come back to the Toki tab, the badge refreshes to match your theme.
App blocks in use
Most Toki modules go into your theme as app blocks. The App blocks in use card is your shortcut to them: click Manage blocks to open Design, where you edit each module and find its install instructions and Design ID. See Install modules on your storefront.
Dashboard stats
Below the cards, Home shows your loyalty numbers. These are the same stat tabs as on the Analytics page, shown without their data tables so the page stays quick to scan. For the tables and a full description of every stat, open Analytics or read Analytics.
Filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Segments | Pick one segment to see stats for those members only. The default is All Customers. |
| Date range | Pick the period the numbers cover. Home starts with the last month. |
Each tab shows a summary line ("Showing data for … during …") so you always know which segment and dates you are looking at. To create or edit segments, see Segments.
Tabs
The first tab is named after your points (for example Points) and has a Money / Points switch to show values in your store currency or in points. The other tabs cover areas such as Tiers, Activities, Referrals, Sales, and Users. Click a tab to switch between them.
Daily Users Metrics Overview
At the bottom of Home is the Daily Users Metrics Overview table, the same one you find on the Users tab of Analytics. It has one column per day and these rows:
| Row | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Total users | Members in your program up to and including that day. |
| Active users | Members who completed an activity or placed an order that day. |
| Activities completed | Activities completed that day. |
| Credits earned | Points members earned that day. |
| Credits spent | Points members spent that day. |
The table has its own date picker and starts with the last 7 days. Click Export CSV to download the table for the selected days.
If Home shows an installation banner
Home can open with a banner titled We couldn't complete the Toki installation. It means the install needs the store owner, or a staff member with permission to manage apps, to open Toki again. If the banner stays, click Contact support and we'll complete the setup with you.
