Analytics
The Analytics page shows how your loyalty program is doing — from points earned and spent to tier movement, activity completions, paid membership revenue, referrals, and the orders Toki brings in. Pick a customer segment and a date range, and every number updates. When you need the figures outside Toki, download a report or export any period as a CSV file.
Open Analytics
- In the Toki app, click Analytics in the left navigation.
- Use the tabs above the stat cards to switch between areas of your program.
The line above the cards — "Showing data for All Customers during …" — confirms which segment and date range you are looking at. Home shows the same stat cards with the same filters.
Filter by segment and date range
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Segments | Shows the stats for one segment at a time. Leave it on All Customers to include everyone. See Segments to create one. |
| Date range | Sets the period the stats cover. Pick Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last year, or set your own start and end dates in the calendar, then click Apply. The page starts on the last 30 days. |
The page address updates as you change the tab, segment, and date range. Bookmark it to come back to the same view, or share the link with a teammate.
Depending on the tab and your setup, up to three switches appear above the cards:
| Switch | Where it appears | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Points / Money | The points tab | Shows point totals as points, or as their value in your store currency using your conversion rate. Counts stay counts either way. See How points work. |
| Deleted perks | The Tiers tab | Includes perks you have removed from a tier, so past numbers stay complete. Removed perks are marked (Deleted). |
| Current / All shops | Every tab, when Toki is connected to more than one of your stores | Switches between the current store's numbers and the combined numbers for all your connected stores. |
Read a stat card
Each card shows the stat's name, a one-line description, and its value for the selected date range. Next to the value, a percentage and an arrow show how the stat changed compared with the period of the same length right before your date range. Green means the number went up, red means it went down. For stats where a rise is bad news — such as Denied activities, Lost customers, or Lost Members — the colors are flipped.
Some cards show two numbers separated by a slash. The first is how many times something happened, the second is the total amount — for example, the number of times points were rewarded and the total points rewarded. Cards that are a snapshot at the end of the period, such as Active Members or LTV, say Up to followed by the end date.
On stores where stat history is turned on, some cards also have a chart button next to their name. Click it to see the stat over time by Days, Weeks, or Months, switch between Chart and Table, and Export the series as a CSV file. Stat history is set up per store rather than by plan: chat with us and we'll set it up with you.
What each tab shows
The first tab is named after your points. If you call them "Stars", the tab is called Stars.
| Tab | Stat cards and tables |
|---|---|
| Your points name (for example Points) | Rewarded, Manually given, Redeemed, Applied, Expired, and Revenue. Below the cards, the Manually Given table lists the points you gave by hand, with the member's email, the amount, your description, and the date — see Adjust a member's balance. |
| Tiers | For each tier: Number of customers, New customers, and Lost customers, then Uses, Value Applied, and Value Revenue for each of the tier's perks. Below: the Tier Growth and Tiers Overview tables. |
| Activities | Completed and Denied. Below: the Activity Completions table, which you can narrow by Activity and date range, and the Activity Completions Growth table by month. See Create a reward for how activities work. |
| Paid Memberships | Active Members, New Members, Lost Members, MRR, ARR, Lifetime Members, LTV (before), LTV (after), LTV (total), Orders per Customer (before), Orders per Customer (after), and Orders per Customer (total). If you sell more than one paid membership, the tab also breaks the numbers down by billing interval — Monthly (MMR/ARR), Quarterly (MMR/ARR), Annually (MMR/ARR) — and by membership. Below: the Paid Memberships Overview tables. |
| Referrals | Link clicks and Orders. Below: the Top Referrers, All referral actions, and Referrals made by membership holders tables. See Referral rewards. |
| Wallet Passes | Apple Passes Downloads and Google Passes Downloads. See Wallet passes. |
| Sales | Repeat Purchase Rate, LTV, and Purchase Frequency, each for 1, 3, and 6 months, plus Number of Orders, Number of POS orders, Number of Online Orders, Total Sales, and AOV. |
| Users | New, Active, and Signed Up through Toki. Below: the Daily Users Metrics Overview table. |
| Reports | Ready-made reports you can download. See Download a report. |
| Gift Cards | The Gift Cards table of every card Toki has issued. See Manage issued gift cards. |
| Toki Performance | Toki Loyalty Revenue, Toki Referral Revenue, Toki Paid Memberships Revenue, and Toki Gross Revenue, followed by orders grouped by where they started: Order: Buy again button, Paid Membership: Checkout Trial, Wishlist: Add All, Paid Membership: Checkout Upsell, Paid Membership: UI Module, Wishlist: Item, Paid Membership: Change Plan, Gift: Wallet Redeem, and Gift: Reward. Each of these shows the number of orders and their revenue. |
The tables below the cards have their own date range pickers and cover all customers, whichever segment you picked. Most of them have an Export CSV button that downloads what the table shows.

To download one:
- Open the Reports tab.
- Pick a date range above the list to limit the report to that period. Without a date range, a report covers all time, except Daily Points Summary and Weekly Points Summary, which cover the past month.
- Click Export next to the report. The file downloads to your computer.
Export stats as a CSV file
The Export button in the top right of the page builds a spreadsheet of your stats, one row per week or month, for any period you choose.
- Click Export.
- Pick a Date range.
- Choose Months or Weeks. Each month or week in the range becomes one row.
- Choose what to include:
- Current Tab exports every stat card on the tab you are viewing.
- Custom lets you pick individual stats. Tick the stats you want under each tab name, or type in Search to find a stat by its name or its tab. Clear resets the selection. Toki remembers your custom selection the next time you open the export in the same browser.
- Click Export. Toki shows "Exported" and the file downloads to your computer.
The file has a Period column with the start and end date of each week or month, then one column per stat. Stats that show two numbers on screen become two columns. The export follows your current Segments filter and the All shops switch, and the Money / Points switch decides how point totals appear.
The Custom list covers the stats of every tab except Tiers and Paid Memberships. To export those two, open the tab and choose Current Tab.
