Put your loyalty program on every page of your store
Toki's blocks drop into your Shopify theme like any other section: a rewards page that sells the program, redeem buttons and reviews on product pages, store credit in checkout and a referral link on the thank-you page.
On every plan — some parts need a paid plan →A loyalty program only works if customers know it's there. A launcher in the corner is easy to miss; your own pages aren't. Toki's website widgets put the program into the store itself: a rewards page that explains it, and blocks on the product pages, checkout and account pages customers already visit. Each one is a Toki block you add in the Shopify theme editor, next to your theme's own sections. No code.
A rewards page that sells the program
Build your loyalty landing page from blocks, in any order:
- Intro Header — a full-width header with a background image or video, a title and a subtitle
- How it works — numbered steps that explain your program, with an optional button
- Memberships Module — your VIP tiers as cards customers can compare
- Activities — your ways to earn, with the ones a customer has completed marked
- Challenges — each challenge, the activities it takes and the prize
- Refer A Friend — the customer's referral link or code, with share buttons
- FAQ — expandable questions and answers, with an optional button
Get Started, Text with Image, Logo List and Two Block Explainer fill in the rest, and the Custom block takes your own HTML, Liquid and JavaScript. See what Kenny Flowers, Solly Baby, Mexicali Blues and others built in our showcase of loyalty pages.
On the pages where customers shop
- Redeem on the product page — a Redemption button opens a pop-up where customers sign in and unlock their discounts; Spending Global turns a signed-in customer's balance into a discount code; Product Redemption lets them redeem products with their balance
- Reviews — product reviews on the product page, and a Reviews Carousel for any page, filtered by product, rating or photos
- Memberships — purchase options on your paid membership's product page, with an optional savings label
- Wishlist — an Add to wishlist button, and a block that shows customers what they've saved
- Gift cards — a Send a Gift Card button that collects the recipient, a delivery date and a gift note
- Sign-ups — a pop-up form that collects an email address, and a phone number if you ask for one, with a reward for the first order
- Members-only pages — lock a page or a collection so only customers with access can view it
In checkout and right after
In Shopify's checkout, customers can apply their store credit as a discount, get the free gifts they've earned added to the order, and tick a box to add a paid membership; signed-in members get their tier's discount and free-shipping codes applied for them. On the thank-you page, Toki's blocks show the customer's referral link, buttons to add their wallet pass, and a survey they earn for answering — guest checkouts included.
On account pages
The Your Status block shows a customer's balance and progress toward their next tier, with optional sections for spending, perks, history, referrals and challenges. The Customer Account block lists the quizzes, polls and surveys they can answer. On Shopify's newer customer accounts, Toki has blocks of its own, including Your Status and a QR code for adding the wallet pass.
Designed once, placed anywhere
Every widget is designed in Toki's editor with a live preview, then placed with its Design ID: Install block to Shopify store opens the theme editor with the block already added. Keep several variants of a block and show a different one on each page, use your theme's fonts or your own CSS, and show everything in any of 22 languages. On a headless store, or one that isn't on Shopify, most blocks go in as an HTML snippet instead.
Pair the widgets with the Customer Hub — the member's account, one click away on every page — and customers are never far from the program.
Most design blocks run on every plan, including Free; checkout components, page gating and post-purchase pop-ups come with paid plans — see pricing. Install Toki or book a demo and we'll help you build your rewards page.
Frequently asked questions
How do I add a loyalty page to my Shopify store?
Create a page in Shopify, open it in the theme editor and add Toki's blocks in any order, next to your theme's own sections: an Intro Header, How it works, the Memberships Module for your tiers, Activities for ways to earn, Refer A Friend and an FAQ. Each block takes the Design ID of a design you've published in Toki, and Install block to Shopify store opens the theme editor with the block already added.
Will the widgets match my theme?
Turn on Use Shopify Theme Fonts and blocks such as Get Started, FAQ, Activities and Your Status take on your theme's fonts. Colors, texts and images are settings with a live preview, blocks have a Custom CSS field, and you can keep several variants of a block — a different one on each page, if you like.
Can customers redeem points on the product page?
Yes. The Redemption block adds a button that opens a pop-up where customers sign in and unlock their discounts, Spending Global lets signed-in customers turn their balance into a discount code, and Product Redemption lets them redeem products with their balance.
What's the difference between website widgets and the Customer Hub?
The Customer Hub is the member's account: a pop-up, side panel or embedded hub with their balance, rewards, orders and profile. Website widgets are blocks inside your pages — a rewards page, product pages, checkout, the thank-you page, account pages — so the program shows up where customers already are. Most stores use both.
Do the widgets work on headless stores?
Yes. On a headless store, or one that isn't on Shopify, most blocks come as an HTML snippet you paste where they should appear. Checkout and POS components are added in Shopify's own checkout editor and POS app.
Which plans include website widgets?
Most design blocks run on every plan, including Free. Advanced modules — checkout components, page gating and post-purchase pop-ups — come with paid plans, from $49/month with a 14-day free trial.
