One home for everything your customers earn

A launcher on every page opens the hub, or it sits right on the page: balance and tier, rewards and coupons, ways to earn, challenges, orders and profile. Built from blocks, styled to your brand, no app to download.

Included on every plan, including Free →

Every loyalty program needs a place where customers can see what they've got. If the balance only shows up at checkout, the program is invisible the rest of the time. Toki's Customer Hub is that place: a branded hub that opens from a launcher on every page of your store, holds everything a member has earned, and gives them reasons to come back to it. (Toki's docs call it the wallet; merchants and agencies call it the Customer Hub.)

Everything a member needs, in one place

  • Balance and status — a member card with their balance in the card design of their tier, and the next tier within reach
  • Ways to earn — your activities, one featured front and center, challenges with live progress, and the points still on their way from orders in their return window
  • Rewards and coupons — redeem points for discounts, products or gifts, and copy or apply every code they've earned in one tap, coupon codes from Klaviyo included
  • Orders — live order status, a Buy again button that puts a past order back in the cart, and a Leave a review prompt that pays out once the review is approved
  • Profile — name, birthday, phone and profile picture, plus saved addresses and email and SMS marketing preferences that sync to Shopify
  • Everything else you run — paid memberships they can pause or reactivate, gift cards, community channels, their referral link, notifications, and Stay AI subscriptions

Built from blocks, shown by segment

Each screen of the hub is a list of blocks, and there are more than 70 to choose from. Drag them into the order you want, edit them right in the preview, and use Visible For and Hidden For to show a block only to the segments it's meant for. Tabs work the same way: home, rewards, history, spending, profile, or a link to any page — and you pick the one the hub opens on.

The design editor shows a live preview as you work. Preview the hub as a specific member, at desktop or phone width, in any of its languages and in each Shopify market; keep a redesign as a draft variant while the current one stays live; and turn on Show empty states to see which blocks are hidden and why.

A launcher on every page, or right on the page

  • Popup — a floating launcher opens the hub as a pop-up or a side panel. Choose where the launcher sits (with a separate position on phones), whether it shows on mobile, desktop or both, which pages it appears on, its icon, and whether customers can close it for the rest of their visit.
  • Expanded — the hub sits open on any page, inside a block, with no launcher: a natural fit for an account or rewards page.

Pair it with website widgets — a rewards page, redeem buttons on product pages, store credit in checkout — and the program shows up wherever customers shop.

Sign-in that doesn't lose them

The sign-in screen can sell before it asks: up to five slides of images or video with a short message, plus a featured activity to promote. Customers then sign in the way you allow — a magic link, a one-time code, social login, email and password, or Shop — and anyone already signed in to your store is signed in to the hub automatically. Want one account everywhere? Single sign-on routes the hub's sign-in through your store's customer accounts, so one sign-in covers both. A customer's first sign-in also counts as joining your program, which can start a workflow.

On brand, in their language, and fast

Colors, labels, images, the launcher and the member card are all settings, and custom CSS covers the rest. The hub comes in 22 languages — one for everyone, each visitor's browser language, or a language picked from the page address. And it's built to stay light: it downloads only the blocks you use, loads the sign-in screen on demand and holds back its non-critical styles until it opens.

Why it pays

A hub customers open is a hub that sells. Orders started from it are attributed to it, Buy again turns "let me check my points" into a reorder, and the Recommended Products block shows each member products picked by rules you set. On a headless store, or one that isn't on Shopify, the same hub goes in with a snippet, and WooCommerce stores get seamless sign-in.

Frequently asked questions

What is a customer hub?

A customer hub is the one place on your store where customers see their loyalty account: points balance, tier and progress, rewards and coupons, ways to earn, orders and profile. In Toki it opens from a launcher on every page, as a pop-up or a side panel, or sits open on a page you choose. Toki's docs call it the wallet.

Is the Customer Hub the same as wallet passes?

No. The Customer Hub lives on your website; wallet passes are loyalty cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. They work together: the member card in the hub has Add to Apple Wallet and Add to Google Wallet buttons, and on a computer it shows a QR code to scan with a phone instead.

How do customers sign in?

With the methods you turn on: a magic link, a one-time code, social login, email and password, or Shop — or through your store's own customer accounts with single sign-on. Customers already signed in to your store are signed in to the hub automatically. Before they sign in, the hub can show up to five slides and a featured activity, and you choose whether customers join on their first sign-in or click a join button first.

Will the Customer Hub slow down my store?

It's built not to. The hub downloads only the blocks you use, loads its sign-in screen on demand, holds back non-critical styles until it opens, and caches its files in the browser.

Can the hub sit on a page instead of in a pop-up?

Yes. Popup shows a floating launcher on every page that opens the hub as a pop-up or a side panel. Expanded puts the hub open on a page, inside a block, with no launcher — a good fit for an account or rewards page. Each keeps its own tabs and blocks, and you can use both.

Does it work on headless or non-Shopify stores?

Yes. On a headless store, or one that isn't on Shopify, you paste a snippet where the hub should appear, in Popup or Expanded mode. WooCommerce stores get seamless sign-in from the store to the hub.

Which plans include the Customer Hub?

The Customer Hub and design blocks are on every plan, including Free. Blocks for paid modules, such as paid memberships, gift cards and communities, work once your plan includes the module; paid plans start at $49/month with a 14-day free trial, and Growth adds multi-language support.
