Moderation without the babysitting
Organize reviews into groups by product line, and pick a rule for each:
- Auto-approve by rating — reviews at or above your minimum go live the moment they're submitted
- Manual — every review waits for you to approve or reject it
- Replies — answer reviews from the Reviews page

Stars in Google Shopping

Why combine reviews with a loyalty program?
Because the reward solves the collection problem. Review request emails alone convert a small fraction of buyers; points for an approved review give customers an actual reason to write one — and the people most likely to review are the ones already in your program.
Does Toki support photo and video reviews?
Yes. Customers leave a star rating, text, photos and video, and you can ask your own questions, like fit or skin type. A Reviews activity can require a photo or video, or a minimum length, before it pays out.
Do I control what gets published?
Fully. Each review group either holds every review for moderation or auto-approves reviews at or above a star rating you choose. Points are granted when a review is approved, not when it's submitted, and at most once per product.
Can my star ratings show in Google Shopping?
