Faster Wallet Loading

The wallet now loads only the blocks you use, defers non-critical styles, and caches assets aggressively—for a noticeably faster first open.

What Changed

• Lazy-loaded blocks - only the blocks in your configuration are downloaded; a program using 12 blocks doesn't pay for the other 60
• Lazy-loaded login - the login screen is split out and loaded on demand
• Deferred styles - non-critical wallet CSS loads after the wallet opens, not before your page renders
• Minified CSS at build time
• Immutable caching for versioned assets and proper browser cache headers on snippet assets

What You Need to Do

Nothing. It's live for every merchant.

Why It Matters

Every 100ms of storefront load time has a price. The wallet should be the cheapest thing on your page.
