Loyalty Groups

Create club, team, or academy wallets with a shared balance, managed by customer administrators.

What's New

Loyalty Groups are shared wallets. Each group has its own master balance, a set of members, and one or more customer administrators who manage it—without you in the loop.

How It Works

  1. Create a group, pick its store credit, and name an initial administrator
  2. The administrator invites members from the wallet
  3. Members send or donate points to the group balance
  4. Administrators spend the group balance and manage members
  5. Optionally link the group to a Shopify Company for B2B setups

Wallet Blocks

A full set of blocks: Groups list, Invitations, Group Overview, Members, Send Points, Donate Points, and Transfers history.

Also Shipped

  • Batch point transfers between groups and members (August 26)
  • Shopify Company contacts sync across shops
  • External events for every group action, for automations

Use Cases

  • Sports clubs pooling points toward team gear
  • Schools and academies with a shared budget
  • Families sharing a single rewards balance
  • B2B accounts with a company wallet and per-employee members

Why It Matters

Loyalty has always been one person, one balance. Some of your best customers don't shop alone.
