What's New

Toki now exposes its tools to Shopify Sidekick, Shopify's AI assistant. Sidekick can read your program setup and take actions on your behalf.

What Sidekick Can Do

• Create and edit loyalty activities - "Create a double-points activity for Black Friday weekend"
• Create and edit segments - "Make a segment of customers who spent over $500 this year"
• Answer questions - "How many active paid members do I have?"
• Navigate - "Take me to the Reviews page"
• Custom sections and storefront context for richer answers (August)
