Birthday Reward Offsets and Month/Day Collection

Send birthday rewards before or after the day itself, and collect birthdays without asking for the year.

Date Offsets

Birthday rewards can now fire a configurable number of days before or after the birthday. Send a "your birthday treat is waiting" a week early so it gets used, or a "belated happy birthday" to catch people who were busy.

Month and Day Only

The birthday field in the wallet can now collect just the month and day. Customers who don't want to share their age still get their reward—and you still get the date.

Why It Matters

Asking for a birth year cuts birthday collection rates noticeably. Sending the reward on the day itself means it competes with everything else happening that day. Both fixes are small; both move the numbers.
