Expiring Points at POS and on Wallet Passes

Staff see expiring points at the register, customers see them on their wallet pass, and both can act before it's too late.

POS Redemption

The POS redemption extension now shows how many points are about to expire and when. Staff can suggest using them before they're gone—a natural upsell that customers thank you for.

Wallet Pass Field

Add a points expiry field to Apple and Google Wallet passes. Customers see the next expiry date on their lock screen without opening anything.

Expiry Date Lists

A follow-up later in June added full expiry date lists to POS and as a customer property, so you can segment on "has points expiring in the next 30 days" and automate reminders.
