Market-Specific Earning and Redemption Rules

Set different earning rates and redemption values per Shopify Market, so your program makes sense in every currency.

What's New

Toki syncs your Shopify Markets and lets you scope rules to them:

• Earning rules - "1 point per €1 in the EU, 1 point per $1 in the US, 1 point per ¥150 in Japan"
• Redemption rules - "100 points = €5 in the EU, 100 points = $5 in the US"

Pick the markets a rule applies to with a multi-select, and Toki applies the right one based on the customer's market.

How It Works

1. Markets are synced automatically from Shopify
2. On any earning or redemption rule, select one or more markets
3. Rules without a market selection remain the default for everyone else

Why It Matters

Without this, international customers either get wildly over-rewarded or feel cheated depending on exchange rates. Now each market gets a program priced for it.
