Reward Reviews and Prompt Them in the Wallet

A new Reviews activity rewards customers for approved reviews, and the wallet now prompts customers to review recent orders.

Reviews Activity

Reward points, discounts, or gifts when a customer's review is approved. Rules include:

• Minimum review length - only reviews with at least N characters qualify
• Require media - only reviews with a photo or video qualify (added in September)
• Standard completion limits and segment targeting

Wallet Review Prompts

Orders in the wallet now show a "Leave a review" prompt for eligible products. Customers tap, review, and see the reward land—without leaving the wallet. Review submission links are signed, so they work from emails too.

• SKU, barcode, and vendor fields on product variants for review feeds
• Reviews track their collection method (wallet, email, storefront)

Why It Matters

Asking for a review and rewarding a review used to be two separate tools. Now it's one loop.
