What's New

Every new member profile now records its join source: the surface where the customer first joined your program. A new report aggregates new customers by month and by source.

Sources Tracked

• Storefront - wallet sign-up, theme blocks, landing pages, customer accounts
• Shopify POS - including which staff member enrolled them

Members who joined before this update won't have a source recorded; everyone from here on will.

Also Shipped

• Reports now include the customer's email for easier cross-referencing
• Gift card delivery dates can be updated after purchase
• Warning when a manual points adjustment would push a balance negative
