Pending Points Block
Show customers the points they've earned but not yet received—from orders still in their return window or awaiting approval.
What's New
A new Pending Points wallet block lists points that are on their way: purchase rewards held until the order is finalized, activities awaiting approval, and delayed rewards.
Options
- Filter by activity - show pending points for specific activities, or all of them
- Aggregate - show one line with the total, or one line per pending item
- Fully themeable like every other block

- Pending completions list for purchase activities in the merchant portal, so you can see exactly what's queued for each customer
- Pending points also appear in the purchase activity queue
Why It Matters
"I bought something and got no points" is the #1 support ticket in loyalty. Showing the points as pending—with a reason—answers the question before it's asked.
