Quiz Activities in Forms

Forms now support quiz mode with scored answers, so customers can earn rewards for getting things right.

What's New

The form module—used for surveys, zero-party data, and onboarding—now supports quiz activities. Mark correct answers, and customers are rewarded based on their score.

How It Works

1. Build a form and mark the correct option(s) for each question
2. Attach the form to a quiz activity
3. Choose the reward and whether it's all-or-nothing or per correct answer
4. Customers take the quiz in the wallet or on your storefront

Use Cases

• Product education ("Which SPF is right for you?")
• Brand story quizzes
• Onboarding checks that reward learning how your program works
• Seasonal trivia campaigns

Why It Matters

Quizzes are one of the highest-completion interactive formats there is. Now they plug directly into your reward engine instead of living in a separate tool.
