Weekly and Monthly Completion Limit Resets

Activity completion limits can now reset on a weekly or monthly cadence instead of being lifetime caps.

What's New

When you set a completion limit on an activity, you can now choose how it resets:

  • Never - a lifetime cap (the original behavior)
  • Weekly - the counter resets at the start of each week
  • Monthly - the counter resets at the start of each month

Example

"Share on social - max 3 times, resets weekly" gives customers a fresh set of completions every Monday without you having to touch anything.

Also Shipped

  • Segment-restricted redemption options - limit a redemption option to customers in a specific segment
  • Weekly intervals for time-based challenges - challenges can now run on a weekly cycle, alongside improved month interval settings
  • Address management in the wallet - customers can set a default address, update, or delete saved addresses from the Customer Addresses block

Why It Matters

Recurring engagement needs recurring incentives. Resetting limits keeps active customers earning without letting a single customer drain the reward budget in one afternoon.
