Gift Paid Memberships Without an Account
Shoppers can now gift a paid membership without logging in or joining your loyalty program first.
What's New
The Gift Paid Memberships block no longer requires the buyer to be an authenticated wallet user. Anyone browsing your store can purchase a membership as a gift and have it delivered to the recipient.
How It Works
- A shopper opens the gift membership flow
- They pick a plan, enter the recipient's details, and check out
- The recipient receives the gift and activates their membership
- If the buyer later joins your program, their purchase history is still theirs
Why It Matters
The person buying a gift is often not your customer yet. Forcing them to create an account before they can spend money is the fastest way to lose the sale—especially in the holiday rush.
