Klaviyo Coupons in the Wallet

Customers now see their Klaviyo coupon codes inside the Toki wallet, right next to their loyalty rewards.

What's New

Enable "Coupons Integration" in your Klaviyo integration settings and Toki will pull each customer's available Klaviyo coupon codes into the Coupons block of their wallet.

What Customers See

• Unique coupon codes issued by Klaviyo flows and campaigns
• Coupon description and expiry date
• One-tap copy or apply, the same way loyalty coupons work today

Why It Matters

Coupons sent by email tend to get lost in the inbox. Surfacing them in the wallet means customers find and use them when they're actually shopping—and your loyalty program becomes the single place to check for "what do I have available?"

Requirements

• An active Klaviyo integration in Toki
• Klaviyo coupon codes assigned to customer profiles (via flows or campaigns)
