Multiple Store Credits

Run more than one store credit balance per program—each with its own name, formatting, and conversion rate—across wallet, passes, and POS.

What's New

A new Store Credits settings page lets you define multiple credit types and control how each one is named, displayed, formatted, and converted to currency.

Per-Credit Settings

  • Name and display preference (amount, currency value, or both)
  • Custom currency formatting: fraction digits, trailing zeros, locale
  • Singular and plural templates ("1 Star", "250 Stars")
  • Its own conversion rate to currency

Everywhere It Shows Up

  • Card block - display several balances at once
  • Credit Spender block - customers pick which credit to spend
  • Total Code block - per-rule store credit selection
  • Wallet passes - multiple balances on Apple and Google Wallet, with a translated balance label
  • POS - staff see and redeem from any credit (August 28)
  • Exclusive product rules can require a specific credit

Use Cases

  • Points for purchases plus a separate "referral credit" balance
  • Brand-specific credits under one umbrella program
  • Promotional credit that expires separately from earned points

Why It Matters

One balance is simple. But some programs genuinely need two—and faking it with tags never worked well.
