Cross-Shop Member Details

The member page shows details and recent purchases from every shop, not just the one you're logged into.

Profile Sync

Profile updates (name, email, addresses, marketing consent) made in one shop propagate to the customer record in every connected shop.

Customer IDs by Shop

The profile popover lists the customer's Shopify ID in each shop, so support can jump straight to the right record.

First Purchase in Another Shop

A new purchase rule rewards a customer's first purchase in a different umbrella shop—perfect for cross-brand acquisition.
