Custom Review Questions

Add your own questions to the review form: single choice, multiple choice, or a scale (1–5, 1–10). Answers are stored with the review and shown on the storefront so shoppers can see "Runs small: 3/5" next to the stars.

Wallet Product Reviews Block

A new block shows product reviews inside the wallet—your customers can read reviews for products they own or are considering, right where they check their points.

Review Product Groups

Group products so they share reviews. Different colors, sizes, or bundles of the same item pool their ratings instead of splitting them.

Eligibility Controls

• Exclude specific products from review requests
• Customer inviters - see who invited a customer, shown in the POS user info

Why It Matters

"Five stars" tells shoppers almost nothing. "Five stars, true to size, worth the price" closes the sale.
