Product Recommendations
A new Recommended Products block shows customers products picked by rules you define—directly in the wallet.
What's New
Define product recommendation rules in the merchant portal and add the Recommended Products block to any wallet screen. Toki picks products for each customer based on the rules that match them.
How It Works
- Create a rule and choose which products or collections to recommend
- Optionally scope the rule to a segment
- Add the Recommended Products block to your wallet layout
- Customers see products relevant to them, with add-to-cart built in

Why It Matters
The wallet is one of the most-visited surfaces for your best customers. Recommending the right product there turns a "check my points" visit into a purchase.
